Scheduling

While walk-in guests are certainly welcome, making an appointment is recommended to ensure your preferred time. To schedule, please call our friendly Guest Services team at 865-694-9007 or click the “Book Now” button at the top of this page. When booking, please notify us if you have high blood pressure, a physical ailment, allergies, or if you are pregnant.

ARRIVAL TIME

Spa clients should plan to arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to the start of their  appointment. Spa clients are welcome to arrive as early as desired to make use of our spa amenities. Late arrival may limit the length of your service, as we must accommodate the next guest. We appreciate your understanding.

CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy to our providers and other clients, please note we may require a deposit when scheduling a reservation to ensure we hold your specific date and time with one of our providers. Reservations that are missed or reservations that are canceled with less than 48-hour notice are subject to the forfeit of this deposit. Reservations for spa packages and groups larger than 2 people require a one-week notice for any changes or cancelations.

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened and unused products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you are unhappy with a product, you may exchange an opened and minimally used product within 14 days of purchase.

SPA ATTIRE

We provide luxurious robes and slippers to our spa guests. It is not necessary to wear undergarments during your treatment, but please disrobe according to your preference. Our staff is professionally trained on proper draping techniques to ensure your comfort and protect your privacy.

CELL PHONES

Spa Visage is a place of relaxation and tranquility. Please be mindful of other guests and silence your cell phone while in the facility. If you need to take a phone call, we kindly request that you step outside of the spa area if other clients are present.

MINORS

Children should not be left unsupervised while in the facility and are asked to refrain from disturbing other guests. Minors under the age of 16 are required by law to be accompanied by a parent or guardian while receiving a spa treatment. Minors under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian to receive a spa treatment.

For your protection, all personal information we gather is safely stored on our secure server. Spa Visage does not sell or lend its contact list to any other business. All information is volunteered and collected for the purpose of serving you more effectively. All financial transactions are handled through an authorized, third party merchant provider.

By providing your email to Spa Visage, you consent to receiving email communication directly from Spa Visage for the purpose of informing you about our resources and services. All of our emails include an unsubscribe link, which you can easily click in order to discontinue receiving email communications from Spa Visage.
